Syme

Scott Syme founded SSEL in 2017, filling a void in the professional services provided
in the North Okanagan/Shuswap area. Scott is local to the Salmon Arm area, and is the principal engineer in the office.
Matt McAllister
General Manager
Matt joined the team at SSEL in June of 2019, another locally raised member of the team; Matt’s background is in the management and construction industries.

Sergey joined the team at SSEL in 2017, and resides in Salmon Arm. He is now a Professional Engineer.

Russell has been a member of the SSEL team since June of 2019. He is a passionate performer and is developing well!

Ron joined the SSEL team in February 2021. He brings a wealth of drafting experience, and is local to Salmon Arm.

Dawn-Lynn joined the SSEL team in September 2021. She is a long time Salmon Arm resident and assists the team with admin/financial duties.
